Here, we determine whether your organization is ready to pursue grants, develop your project or program that needs funding, and identify areas that may need strengthening before submitting an application.
Next, I begin developing the Funding Strategy, a roadmap for the best grants to pursue that have the highest likelihood of success and return on investment. I research and develop a roadmap for how your organization will get the project or program funded by providing a list of grants to pursue.
