Determining grant readiness is a crucial step before applying for grants. It ensures that your organization is well-prepared and has a strong chance of winning. I start by “getting to know you”.  I gather information that is needed to understand your organization and what you want to get funded. Here, we determine whether your organization is ready to pursue grants, develop your project or program that needs funding, and identify areas that may need strengthening before submitting an application.

Then, I begin developing the Funding Strategy, a roadmap for the best grants to pursue that have the highest likelihood of success and return on investment. I research and develop a roadmap for how your organization will get the project or program funded by providing a list of grants to pursue.
